Through my personal travels, studies and professional experiences I had the opportunity to work with women at significant moments in their personal journey - pregnancy, motherhood, parenting, returning to work, personal and professional realization and moving away from home.
When a woman is attentive, curious and open to the changes she experiences, she deepens her wisdom and her emotions. The therapeutic encounter between us will let you observe, identify behaviors, emotions and relationships, process thoughts and experiences, and feel clear and understood. This journey will produce insights and understandings that will change the way you experience your internal and external world.
I will be happy to accompany you on your journey.
Pregnancy is unique among all the experiences a woman goes through in her lifetime, During this special time in her life, a woman experiences intense physiological changes and emotions.
Prenatal Bonding (BA) enables a space where you, a pregnant woman, can connect with your and your baby’s wisdom and emotions. Through this remarkable journey you and the baby developing inside you will create a tight emotional bond. You will develop a dialog that will yield insights and understandings, and will acquire tools to help you through birth and the adjustments that follow it. Your baby will be calm, confident and emotionally balanced, and will possess curiosity and readiness to discover himself and the world.
The meetings are private and weekly. You can start from week 15 and no later than week 30.
When a woman becomes a mother to a new child she lives in a unique emotional world. During this sensitive period of time, her world fills with new experiences, many questions and a quest for knowledge on parenting issues.
I would like to invite you, a new mother, to a meeting where you can be attentive to yourself and your own wisdom and emotions.
In those meetings you will learn about your baby’s development and emotional needs. You will acquire tools to help you identify and reduce stress and anxiety, and to fill yourself with calm, joy and love for you and your baby.
The meetings can be individual, couples, or in small iintimate groups.
You can start immediately after birth.
Moving to another country may often trigger in a woman a feeling of losing the personal identity that has defined her for years. The emotions experienced with the transition range from excitement and a sense of freedom to loneliness, confusion, anger, frustration and longing.
Change may surface in all walks of life - motherhood, relationships, family, and professional development.
Creating space for these feelings will allow you to identify and accept the new and unfamiliar, define yourself and grow in a new reality, and embrace all the opportunities and possibilities it offers.
